Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)

Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you have ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the first goods, provided you have concluded a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Oak Collective GmbH, Louisenstraße 133, 61348 Bad Homburg, Germany, Telephone: +49 6172 4546357, Email: ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

We will bear the costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist according to § 312g para. 2 BGB for:

• Contracts for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after contract conclusion and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the entrepreneur has no influence.
• Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
